I altered this picture using the clone tool to take out a huge antenna in the background that is visible in the top picture. I also used a selection tool to bring my cat into the picture, as you can see he is relaxing in the tree in the bottom picture.

Sunset, Midday and Morning Lighting

This is the view from the Newport CCV location. I had class there this weekend. It overlooks Lake Memphremagog. The ice looked wet and thin, but cars and snowmachines were driving across it. Several ice shanties were set up too. The first picture was at 5:00 p.m. from the parking lot. The next was from the window in the classroom around 10:30 and the last was at 8:30 a.m. from the parking lot. Somehow I loaded them backwards. It was not a very bright day, so there isn't a lot of difference in the lighting. Also, the middle picture was taken through a window so that probably affects the quality too.

This was the sunset tonight in Walden. I loved the pinkish sky, although it was much prettier to look at than what I captured with my camera.

Landscapes

These are landscapes on the way to Danville along Route 2. There isn't a lot of color right now so they aren't too exciting.
